Before repairing the motor, all recordable data of the motor should be recorded as much as possible:
(1) Nameplate data: motor model, rated power, rated voltage, rated current, load duration, rated speed, manufacturer, factory number and time, insulation level, protection level, etc. For increased safety motors, tE time should also be recorded.
(2) Measurement of iron core data: Measure the length of the stator rotor iron core, the inner and outer diameters of the stator iron core, and the dimensions of the number of iron core slots. For iron cores with ventilation slots, record the width and number of ventilation slots.
(3) Measurement of winding data: Identify the structural type of the winding, number of parallel wires, winding pitch, number of parallel branches, wire diameter, coil turns, number of conductors per slot, and insulation level. Draw the original winding wiring diagram or winding expansion diagram, measure the end length of the winding coil, and preferably leave a complete coil as the basis for making the winding mold; Record the size specifications, insulation level, and specifications of materials such as slot insulation, slot wedges, and gaskets.
(4) For wound rotors, it is necessary to record in detail the dimensions and graphic dimensions of each part of the rotor, including the distance between the iron core and the coupling sleeve, the insulation overlap length of the coil near the end side, and other motor repairs.
(5) Record in detail the causes of motor faults, repair items, and requirements.
