In 2005, it entered the Suzhou Industrial Park and established a Suzhou Light Alloy Factory to produce aluminum magnesium alloys for use in the automotive industry and other industries, including the escalator industry.

On the afternoon of April 21st, under the leadership of Li Gang, President of the Suzhou Industrial Park Resource Conservation and Energy Management Association, and Huang Jianqing, Secretary General, a delegation of five visited George Fischer Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Since its establishment in 2005, the Suzhou factory has placed great emphasis on energy conservation and low-carbon work, and has successively carried out LED lighting renovation, centralized control management of air compressors and air conditioning systems, waste heat recovery and frequency conversion control of air compressors The exterior walls of the workshop and office area are insulated with rock wool, high-efficiency and energy-saving feed preheating melting furnaces are used, and old motors are replaced with synchronous motors. This visit focuses on understanding the energy-saving renovation project of the air compressor motor.

The staff of the association went to the equipment site of the GF air compressor motor energy-saving renovation project, inquired in detail about the technical details of the energy-saving renovation of the air compressor motor, as well as the operation, management, production, and development of the enterprise. They promptly understood the actual needs of the enterprise, listened to the voice and difficulties of the enterprise, and helped member enterprises solve problems.

It is understood that the company's air compressor motor energy saving technical transformation project is an Atlas GA90 air compressor motor produced in 2005. Through remanufacturing permanent magnetization technology, the motor efficiency is improved to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. Under the same gas production value, the input active power of the motor after transformation is reduced from 101KW to 88KW; The current drops from 180A to 157A; The power factor has increased from 0.86 to 0.93. Remanufacturing a permanent magnet motor is based on the original asynchronous motor, combined with efficient remanufacturing technology for permanent magnet rotors, and upgraded to an ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor. This achieves the goal of reducing energy consumption while improving resource recycling. It is currently the most technologically advanced, efficient, stable, feasible, and economical low-efficiency motor remanufacturing transformation plan.

It is also understood that permanent magnet synchronous motor is a new type of permanent magnet synchronous motor technology. The main difference from other similar products is that this technology can be used for the remanufacturing of existing inefficient motors, which not only greatly reduces the cost of updating and remanufacturing enterprises, but also fully utilizes the original materials of inefficient motors. This not only improves the enthusiasm of enterprises for energy-saving technological transformation, but also achieves the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. This project has a wide range of applications and can currently be applied to low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors. It can be applied in industries such as pumps, compressors, fans, HVAC, general machinery, and textiles.
