Product knowledge points related to high-voltage motor maintenance! High voltage motor maintenance is our company's flagship product, and our company has been engaged in this industry for many years!
So, the knowledge points related to high-voltage motor maintenance products have increased significantly in thickness, and the gap between the coil ends has been occupied by the insulation layer. If you don't pay attention to it, it can cause congestion and difficulty in inserting wires, which requires cold shaping. The rapid development of cold forming molds is mainly made of wood, and high-voltage motors are equipped with different layers of mica insulation material. Each type of motor requires the production of a set of molds, and the regular molds used by our company have flexibility in adjusting the distance and end adjustment. It is necessary to pay attention when striking during normal time to avoid damaging the interlayer insulation.
The energy consumption of electric motors mainly manifests in the following aspects:
One is the low load rate of the motor. Due to improper selection of motors, excessive margin, or changes in production processes, the actual working load of the motor is much lower than the rated load. Approximately 30% to 40% of the installed capacity of the motor operates at 30% to 50% of the rated load, resulting in low operating efficiency.
The second is that the power supply voltage is asymmetric or too low. Due to the imbalance of single-phase load in the three-phase four wire low-voltage power supply system, the three-phase voltage of the motor is asymmetric, resulting in negative sequence torque and increasing the three-phase voltage asymmetry of the motor. The motor generates negative sequence torque, which increases the losses during motor operation. In addition, the long-term low voltage of the power grid leads to a higher current of the normally operating motor, resulting in increased losses. The greater the asymmetry of the three-phase voltage, the lower the voltage, and the greater the losses.
The third is that old and outdated (obsolete) motors are still in use. These motors adopt E-class insulation, have a large volume, poor starting performance, and low efficiency. Despite years of renovation, there are still many places in use.
Fourth, poor maintenance management. Some units do not maintain and repair motors and equipment as required, allowing them to operate for a long time, resulting in increasing losses.
Therefore, it is worth studying which energy-saving scheme to choose based on these energy consumption performances.
