How is the rotor coil of a DC motor tangled?
Number of poles, phases, slots, total number of slots divided by several poles and then divided by several phases to obtain the number of slots per pole per phase. The number of slots across one coil is given, and each phase is adjacent, as shown in 4.3.24. Each coil has 2 slots, 1... 4, 2-5, 3-6, and the three phases are adjacent. The winding is the same as the one side outlet, 4 connected to 7, 5 connected to 8, Y-shaped connection, connected to three groups, one group at both ends, outgoing and incoming. Do not confuse it with the stator coil. The stator winding is wound around the stator core, and the coils of N and S poles should be connected in series to ensure strict equality of excitation current. The winding method of the rotor coil follows the law of winding in the rotor slot, with single wave, single stack, etc. mainly used to cut the magnetic field, generate induced electromotive force (generator) or torque (motor).
